Dear ATN Travel Services travel agency, on behalf of myself and my family, I would like to thank you for the tour package you have put together for these unforgettable vacations in Argentina. Everything was excellent!!! Once again, this review serves to express our gratitude for the quality, service, selection and assembly of our vacations. It is evident that they knew how to understand us perfectly in terms of tastes and family interests. The Cap Polonio hotel in Ushuaia, the Arami in Iguazu and the Dazzler Maipu in Iguazu were brilliant, super clean with very strict hygiene protocols to be in peace with my family.
I want to congratulate the guide Pedro Argañaraz for his excellent permanent coordination throughout the package in Patagonia Argentina. We have really learned a lot from a professional guide with excellent academic training.
Without a doubt we are already recommending his services to all colleagues in Sydney.

Your impeccable services, they picked us up at the hotel always at the indicated time. The lakes, the volcanoes, the mountain range, everything magnificent,
I tell him that we had a great time on the trip to Argentina. Flights and airport transfers were always on time. Three days in each place (Puerto Madryn, El Calafate and Ushuaia) is a perfect duration. The local attention was excellent, the guides very motivated and authentic
The Quijote hotel in El Calafate was very nice.

Puerto Madryn:
The hotel was clean and quite large. Very good location. The guides, Ricardo (driver) and Mary, were very friendly and excellent. Ricardo always stopped along the route to show us animals that we had never seen. The elephant seals and fur seals with the penguins were spectacular. I also saw the last whales on the optional excursion. Gaiman’s visit was very interesting and the lunch excellent.
Calafate:
Alejandro the guide knew very well the history and geography of the place. His passion was felt in what he told. The view of the glacier was spectacular!
El Chalten:
The trek to the lake was a bit short, but interesting and good exercise. The view of nature and especially of Fitz Roy, also spectacular.
Ushuaia:
The hotel had a striking location, although not very central, but a distance that could be walked in about 10 minutes. At breakfast delicious and abundant. The excursion to the National Park and to the end of route 3 was the only one that did not have the same standard as the others. We did not do the optional excursion with the train to the end of the world, it seemed to us only as a tourist attraction to earn money, without great benefit. The National Park is very beautiful and absolutely worth it.
The next day we went to the hidden lake with Pepe and Virginia (very funny guides!) and the adventure with the Land Rovers was exceptional, the asado with the wine too. There were some problems with the cars, but this made the excursion more interesting and fun (for us, not for the guides…). We were also a good group with good vibes!
In summary: an exceptional trip to Argentina, very well organized! I hope we can return to Argentina soon and make another trip to another part of the country!

Dear Elizabeth We wanted to thank you for organizing this wonderful trip in Patagonia and Iguazú. We have been very lucky with the weather and thanks to your advice everything has developed very well. I am writing you some comments that may help other clients of the agency: The Hotel Cabañas Santa Mónica in El Calafate is excellent! In a central area, near the bus terminal, the cabin is very cozy and the reception staff very welcoming. They gave us very good advice. 100% recommended. The Hotel Arami in Iguazu and La Posada el Barranco in El Chalten are excellent. The reception staff have always been very friendly and have given us very good advice for excursions, each time depending on the weather. The breakfast served in hotels in Argentina Its very good . In Península de Valdés, the guide Mary for the two excursions was very good. Thank you for advising us to do the excursion to Torres del Paine on the first day: it was a magnificent day and we enjoyed it very much!! It would not have been possible to see everything we saw without this tour. We really liked the Parque das Aves in Brazil, which we added to the excursion and the full moon night, we were very lucky.
